Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
1. If State Roofing did not purchase my roof materials from you, why did they give me YOUR warranty?
2. When a person buys a red roof, he or she want it to STAY red for the duration of the warranty.
3. My certified letter was sent to inform you of the failure, per your own warranty requirement.Sincerely,[redacted]
We are asking for you to number one prove that this was our material which you have not donel. State roofing did not purchase your roof from us !!
Also it is a perforation warranty only. and you did not notify us of a failure but asked about cleaning or repainting your roof
in first e-mail.
your certified letter was sent to circumvent not sending it when you assumed there was an issue.
because of this we are not going to honor your request for any compensation from us for your roofing.

I would like to inform you that we are unaware of this issue. It would be helpful if we had a name and address of the location of the job so we can cross reference our records concerning his claim.
Our warranty is for perforation only and would be happy to supply a copy for you.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
My roof looks like [redacted]. The color is half gone and the zinc is showing. Champion warrants the roof for 50 years. The paint is gone and the zinc is only 2 mils thick.
The warranty is “not to perforate”. Note that the zinc started showing 10 years after application. So 2 mils of zinc is all that protecting the undelaying steel from corrosion for 40 years? I would think it WILL perforate before that.
If the color is gone after 19 years, what is their warranty worth? They sold me a red roof and the color is becoming grey. The least they could do is repainting it.Sincerely,[redacted]
Sincerely,[redacted]
