On January 11th, 2014 Mr.Customer visited our dealership to see our 2005 Audi S4. Upon arrival, Mr.Customer visually inspected and test drove the Audi and found it to be to his liking. After negotiating an additional discount from our advertised price, we mutually agreed to complete the sales transaction. After Mr.Customer departed with his purchase to visit [redacted] before his drive home to [redacted] he phoned us to let us know that the check engine light went on. Mr.Customer elected to drive it home instead of returning it to us even though he was still in town. Mr.Customer contacted us again before arriving at his home saying that the car was shaking as well. Mr.Customer took the Audi the following day to a local Audi dealership and they diagnosed the problem as needing a mass airflow sensor. After that misdiagnosis they credited him for the repair and now claimed that it was the fuel injectors. Mr.Customer informed us of this and said he himself was familiar with this mechanical work and would change them himself if reimbursed by Champion Motorsports. We obliged Mr.Customer with a check for the amount of $1061.80 to resolve the diagnosed problem and he was very appreciative and even complimented us on our business standards and willingness to work with customers. Since our mutual resolution, Mr.Customer has found that the Audi dealer apparently misdiagnosed the problem and has since been quoted additional costs from the same Audi dealer to repair. Every vehicle in our inventory is subject to a 31 point safety checklist. Mr.Customer informed us that he had purchased many vehicles in his lifetime and understood that buying a used vehicle "as is as shown" with no warranties implied was acceptable to him.Mr.Customer was also offered the opportunity to purchase an extended service contract but politely declined. Since Mr.Customers purchase, he has driven the Audi approximately 1000 miles and decided to replace various wearable and cosmetic items. Lastly, Mr.Customer was driving his Audi and a hose broke for the power steering causing him to have it towed.
In closing, Champion Motorsports offered to buy back the Audi from Mr.Customer for the $8900 that was received from him at the time of purchase less the $1061.80 that Champion Motorsports sent him for goodwill repairs that the Audi dealer misdiagnosed also less the $95 fee for the title that Mr.Customer lost.

This is place was awesome all the way around! Very friendly, helpful and honest people with a great atmosphere. I am very pleased overall with my purchase of the 09 Ford Fusion. Thanks to Jim and Tony for all the help. They have gained a customer for life and I highly recommend them!
