Review: On feb ** nd 2015 I purchased a vehicle from champion motorsports..the car dealer [redacted] suggested I put on warranty on the vehicle n mentioned I have 20 days for cancellation with full refund. On march [redacted] 2015 I contacted the car dealer [redacted] verbally on telephone then I faxed him a formal letter also an email requesting cancellation of warranty on vehicle purchased on feb [redacted] 2015.His respond was you will received your full refund within 30 days. After one month I havent received any check I contacted the car dealer which was many failures to get to speak to him. After several calls I fianlly get to speak to him he said he will mail out.the check of 2985 dollars..after one week I havent received any check I contacted him again i.couldnt get to speak to him so I email n faxed him a letter requesting proofs of check sent. I called him again and I asked him I want my money he said he only goimg to give me back 1730 dollars becoz the warranty company is.giving him the car dealer a rebate..The car dealer took from me 2985 dollars for warranty and the warranty company [redacted]. Never received a payment from the car dealer n never had a contract with the car dealer infact the warranty company informed me that no contract was filed. The car dealer is not paying me my full amount of 2985 and he is telling me lies that the warranty company is giving him a rebate when no contract was made with warranty company..that is fraud ..and I am paying finance chrage on that money as I took out a loan for paying for the warranty.Desired Settlement: I demand full refund of two thousand nine hundred n eighty five dollars what I paid for warranty on my vehicle purchased feb ** ,2015 and cancel warranty on march [redacted] 2015.

Review: I bought a truck from Champion Motorsports in West Islip on April [redacted]. The truck was shaking and engine light came on after the 3rd day. They indicated that it was the gas cap which they ordered and I picked up after 5 days. I let the gas run through till empty like they said for a week. The light never went away and truck still shakes so I took to Mechanic to check it and it indicated a cylinder 6 misfire issue. So I called Champion and the owner "[redacted]" said that is a quick fix and I will have my guy call you. I waited a week and had to keep calling to speak to the guy "[redacted]" and he said I will call you and let you know when you can bring the truck in. After the [redacted] week of me calling them everyday, [redacted] told me why don't I get you the part and you have your mechanic put it in which I did because I felt I waited too long. The mechanic changed it which I paid $244.41 and it ended up being an engine issue. I called [redacted] and he was very nasty and basically told me go through the warranty that I paid for. I called GWC on 6/** and they tell me that they never received documentation or payment from the dealer which I believe is a scam. I had to call the dealer for over 2-3 week everyday to follow up which he indicated that it was paid. I would call GWC everyday and they say that they cannot proceed with the claim for non payment and I even told them doesn't it concern you that I have a [redacted] of sale showing that I purchased the warranty and that they never got paid and they said that is between the dealer and me. It took almost 3 weeks for GWC to receive payment but really longer because I purchased the truck on April [redacted] so who knows if they would have ever received it if I didn't have to make a claim. GWC did a inspection on July [redacted] and I was told on July [redacted] that they are not willing to replace the engine. They want the mechanic to remove the head of the engine. If it is a front end issue of the engine they will pay for the take down of the engine but if it isn't I will have to pay the mechanic which is $1800 and then they will determine what they will do with the engine. I feel that I shouldn't have to pay that kind of money when I just purchased the truck. I can't afford this and it was bad enough that I had to pay the $244. I am also wondering if the dealer is taking money for warranty coverage from other buyers and not submitting it to the warranty company.Desired Settlement: I want refund for both the purchase of the vehicle, repair [redacted] and warranty since it was never originally submitted to them.

Review: I financed a car with this dealership and opted to buy the Elite package offered by [redacted] for $3,800.00. Two months later, I called [redacted] to file a claim and was told that my contract has not been sent to the office for processing. I spoke to a salesperson from [redacted] named [redacted] and was told by him that my contract was rejected due to the dealership's failure to submit some forms. I quickly called [redacted] at the dealership and requested a full refund. He asked that I give him a week process the request. A week later I called [redacted] and was told that a new contract was filed with GWC and that if I wanted a refund, I would have to contact GWC. I asked [redacted] why a new contract was filed and how did the new warranty company accept it when I did not sign the new contract. His response was that GWC is affiliated with [redacted] and since I already had signed with them, my signature was not needed. I then callled GWC and asked if they in fact were affiliated with [redacted] and was told never. I also requested a copy of the contract and to my disbelief, someone from the dealership forged my signature to the GWC contract. I requested a cancellation with GWC and was told by a customer service rep that I would have to go back to the dealership and cancel the warranty. Again I reached out to [redacted] at the dealership and requested a refund due to a null and void contract and was told that the [redacted], does not issue refunds. It has been four months now and still I have not received my refund. I don't want any services offered by this dealership since evidently, the are frauds therefore, I want a full refund of $3,800.00.Desired Settlement: A full refund of $3,800.00.

Review: Purchased vehicle March 2014. Hood wouldn't stay open. They purchased the parts I ended up putting them on. Check engine light came on and the car cut off while my wife was making a turn with the kids in the car. Took car to their mechanic, there is only one mechanic at this shop. I was told it was the oil sensor switch and the vehicle cutting off was a safety feature to protect the engine. After ordering the part twice the light was still on. He didn't know my car had two switches, he changed the one that was the cheapest. I ended up paying out of my pocket at my own mechanic for the more expensive part. I informed the dealer and finally heard from the salesman who told me he would talk to the [redacted] and get back to me,,,,,,,that was 3 weeks ago. Now I'm hearing a squeaking noise coming from the front struts. Vehicle was purchased with almost 67,000 miles which I believe entitles me to 3 months warranty.Desired Settlement: Reimbursement of out of pocket expenses to fix oil sensor switch totaling $200.00 plus cost of parts and labor to have front struts repaired at my mechanic.

Review: Dealer not fixing used car. When we got the car there was a head light electrIc I issue. It was coved under the dealer warrenty. [redacted] has taken it a number of times to fix it but always comes back the same. For the past six months [redacted] will not return our phone calls and when we go in at different time of everyday he is never there. He told us that the part was over $2000.00 dollars and was trying to get it cheaper because he didn't want to spend that much. Don't understand why that is my problem. He has told his salesman that he has part of the parts and is waiting for the rest but it doesn't take nine months to get the part. We have caught him in a lie about not being there a few months ago. We will have the car a year in June and need to get this fixed. We have been more then nice and tried to give him the benerfit but it has got us no where. We are retired and live on a fixed income so there is no option of us paying for it. At this time we don't know what else to do. Please helpDesired Settlement: We would like it fixed

Review: charging customer for auction fees and dealer profit fees ?Desired Settlement: I do not understand how they advertise a car for one price, then add on an Agreed Dealer Profit fee, transportation fee, Auction Fee and prep detail. The car was dusty inside, not clean. I picked up the car from the dealership, so what is the transportation fee for ? Why am I paying an additional $1,799.00 when the car is advertised for $8,995 ? How was this car inspected when it has 2 lights out on the marker lights ? I feel that this dealership is scamming people. Never had these charge.

Review: I was in search for a car and a friend of mine referred me to Champion Motor Sports dealership. When I arrived everyone was very nice UNTIL after they received my deposit. I was approved for a loan and was given a car with broken keys, car gas on empty. That should had been a red flag for me. After a few week I get a call from the car loan asking questions, laterabout 3 days I get a call from the dealership being nasty with me because I should had not spoken to the loan place. About 3 weeks later I'm back inthe dealership signing new loans and giving new paper work for a new loan. I'm told not to speak to bank until I speak to them. I am now approved again for a new loan much higher rate. I've been told to call the car dealer on his cell not the office anymore. After I follow those instructions and I call numerous times for a straight week and no response. I call the dealership and get excuses from other dealers on hes busy or you are all good we will call you in 2 weeks when we receive your plates. BUT, my temp plates expire tomorrow so they curse me out and get nasty saying thats life you will have to wait. If you get a ticket we will pay it. From the beginning I should of known this place was no good from all the red flags. I currently have a car, a loan, insurance, no plates to drive and was spoken to in a nasty way.Desired Settlement: I prefer to get a full refund but If I cannot receive that, I would like to warn people not to visit this dealership. The cars are not kept up and will be treated badly.

Review: Purchased a used vehicle from this business on 11/**/13 and was given a temporary license plate with expiration 12/**/13. [redacted] of business insisted that license plates and registration would be mailed to me within 1 - 2 weeks. After the temporary license plate expired, I made numerous attempts to find out the status of my license plates but the [redacted] kept promise week after week that the plates and registration will be done soon. On 1/**/14, 40 days after the purchase and 20 days that I can not use the car due to no registration and expired temporary plate, I called the [redacted] and he said he will call me back. From 1/**/14 - 1/**/14, I left multiple messages but [redacted] refused to return my call. I asked to address my issue with a higher level [redacted] or the owner but I was refused such opportunity.Desired Settlement: I would like to warn other consumers so they will stay away from this business. I also hope Revdex.com can communicate this complaint to the business owner and hopefully he will be professional and take care of customer issues instead of avoiding calls.
