Review: I went there to purchase a two motorcycles with a friend. They had one that was on the showroom floor and they told me they had one in the back that had to be prepped. This was on Wednesday. I filled out the credit app and gave a $100 deposit on the bike that was in the back. The next morning they called to inform me that I was approved for the loan and I would then need to get insurance on my bike that was in the back before they can prep it for me. I sent all the information to them by 1pm on Thursday. I called later then day asking when I would be able to pick u the bike and was told they didn't know because they were to busy to prep the bike for me. The same response came Friday when I called and again on Saturday and was told sometime the following week. I would call and ask to speak to the manager or sales person I dealt with and would receive excuses as to why they couldn't answer the phone. I would leave my name and phone asking to receive a phone call back that I would never receive. After this I ended up finding another dealer that had the motorcycle I was looking for in stock, (not prepped) that was able to prep and complete my paperwork the same day so I went there to make my purchase because of Champions Honda dropping the ball. Now I am looking to be refunded my $100 deposit because they were unable to fulfill my purchase for a bike they were just to busy to prep for me for 4 days. I've been trying to get in contact with the sales person and manager and again been receiving a round around as to why they cannot speak to me. I went to my bank to dispute the charge and my bank was able to get in contact with the dealer to which they were told my deposit was non refundable. This is unacceptable and is not how a company should conduct business. I went there with the intention of purchasing a bike (filled out a credit app, and was approved for a loan) and was unable to receive it for days later, and was being ignored by the dealer. I feel my deposit refunded would be the correct thing for them to do.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a refund of my $100. deposit.

Review: After Super Storm Sandy I went to Chapion Motors to purchase a genorator but they where out. I put a deposit of 100$ down and was told that the generator would be in in a couple of days. Over a week later the geneator where still not in so I purchase it a different vendor. When I went back to get my deposit back I was told it was non-refundable. I had asked the owner when I gave him the deposit if it was refundable and he said yes. I went to mastercard and they found for the store owner even though he doctored up his receipt . This was not a custom order, and the dealer had a truck load of them coming in. He is a liar and a bad business own.Desired Settlement: refund of 100$
