My name is *** *** and I am the new *** *** of the Champion of Austin locationI just arrived in Austin on January 20thAfter finding out about the Challenges that *** *** was having with her patio room I have hired a install crew to resolve her issuesI did
speak to her the week of the 20th to reassure her that I would be making sure that she would receive follow up on the jobWe sceduled her room to be installed the week of Feruary 5thIt did take us a few more days than expected because of weather delays however the job has almost completed we are just waiting to schedule a time to go back out and finish the gutters and the electricalI spoke with *** *** today and he is very pleased with the work so far

I am rejecting this response because:
What *** *** said was he was happy with the work we have seen so far. That was before the electrician who was suppose to show up last Friday was a no show causing *** to loose hours at work. I will not be seeking my money returned to me as they have finally done most of the job. We are still waiting for them to come and finish up with a walk through as *** told them there are a few things we would like fixed first. I do stand by the fact that this was and remains some very poor customer service for a project that I have paid a pretty large amount of money for.
