Horrible....no other word for it! My 2015 Journey started having issues at 4200 miles. I was informed by the service department that " all the bolts, belts , and stuff needed to be tightened. And your tires needed balanced" 18 hours later....it still had a vibration, pull, and didn't run properly. After dealing with them for months....literally. .....we took it to another dealership that diagnosed the issues, and recommended a vehicle replacement. The GM is horrible, the service crew lacks in training, and they only care about the sale....not maintenance after. It's kinda funny .....I bought four....count them four vehicles from them and the GM wants to yell at you and get in your face when you have an issue. NEVER ....NEVER NEVER BUY HERE! Oh, and the owner, service manager , and area service manager are just as bad.
