Review: I have a monthly parking spot at the Champion Parking on [redacted] I noticed on Thanksgiving morning, that there was damage to the rear left bumper of my brand new, 3 1/2 week old BMW. I did not notify the [redacted] right away, as it was the holiday weekend and I much rather deal with conflict in person. When I returned on Sunday around 11:30 am, I told the [redacted] who then told me that he would ask the men who worked there and he would review the videotapes. Two days later, the [redacted] informed me that his investigation revealed nothing. What I should also mention is that the damage was painted over with cheap blue paint that was not even close to the navy blue color. As the car was parked in a driveway for 4 days while visiting my parents, I highly doubt the damage happened then and "someone" attempted to cover it up. I do not check my car each morning I pick it up at the garage, and I don't feel I should have to. I leave my car in the care of this garage and expect that it is CARED for. This is completely unacceptable business practice and the garage/business should take ownership. There was a complete disregard for my property and ability to care for my vehicle. I expected an investigation with resolution of the problem (car to be fixed), and proper reprimanding of the staff for their inability to perform their job well and complete lack of care. There was little investigation - I was told by corporate, that reviewing the tapes would be useless because there isn't much to be seen. Corporate was accepting the "word" of the garage [redacted].Desired Settlement: Repair of damage to vehicle
