The complaint was addressed ocordinglyWe came out to address the problem: water running towards garageWe tested by laying hose in front of garage in which the water ran off adequatelyWe offered to install a catch basin and seal the asphaltMr *** did not want to resolve the complaint
We came out several times, once to patch a low area and again to schedule a time to install the catch basinReply from Mr *** "rip it out or don't come back"We're not perfect but Mr *** got a signed contract with a warranteeWe stand behind our work 100% and made an effort to resolve the issue

I had an issue with one of our employeesI will personally come out and make it rightI will contact mr *** ASAP!
