Had a leaking problem with liner in my pool. I had the owner for this company came by my hous. Gave me an estimate of,$4254, gave him a downpayment of $2100 did not get back to me in 3, weeks so I investigated. In 6 weeks still no answer so I went to the police. Police spoke to him in my presence ,he decided on a day and did not show up. The police told him to give me the liner and refund me my money back with a receipt. He left the liner which was open and damage . Never heard from him.
In response to *** complaint, I would like to clarify several points:
1.) The customer was told the pool liner would be custom made and installed in 3 weeks. She states that she called within 2 weeks even though it was explained it would take up to 3 weeks to be custom made and installed.
2.) The customer states she got no answer after 6 weeks, so she called the police. The reality is, I had spoken with the customer between weeks 2 and 3 to schedule an installation date.
3.) The customer states the police instructed me to give her back the vinyl pool liner and her full deposit back. I was told to give her back what she paid for which was 1 vinyl liner. There was no statement of a full refund/free liner. Additionally, I had already left the sealed liner with her, with all paperwork and warranties. Police were immediately notified of delivery of 1 vinyl pool liner for the customers pool. Which in return, officer was sent out to check and confirm the quality of vinyl liner packaging. All warranty information was there in a sealed liner packaging.

Complaint: ***. In regards to response there are errors. I called on Oct 2, 3 4 no answer, called on Oct 10 got an answer this was pass the installation date we argued. Oct I called r times no answer so I went to the police. He spoke to the police and gave the police a date. He did not show up so I went back to the police. I was fed up told the police I will not be using him because I don't trust him. The police told him to get The liner to me and refund me what's left .He agreed took the liner in a box with a somewhere a hand can be inserted. There was no receipt no paperwork in box. I have date of calls on phone and pictures of box. All I want is my money back it's not fair that these men go around an take money for what they didn't do. Thanks
