I contacted Champion to schedule an estimate for storm damage repair .

When I questioned why they wanted me to email or fax over twenty pages of an insurance estimate to them the customer representative (Donna) became very rude and accused me of "hollering" at her.

I was only asking a question as to why this needed to be provided to schedule an appointment.

My wife was with me and can verify that their was indeed no hollering.

I was very happy to provide another local contractor with the $20, 000.00 in repair work.
