When the customer came to our dealership, she was interested in seeing if she could get pre-approved on a vehicle at our dealershipShe was handed a credit application by our sales associate and she proceeded to fill out the application and sign it,We do not "pull someone's credit' for the sole
purpose of getting a credit scoreThe only reason to obtain a customer's credit information is to obtain financing. The signed Credit application gives us permission to submit the customer's information to the banks we are affiliated withThe credit application clearly states that the application is ‘for the purpose of securing credit from you.”Due to the fact that we have the signed credit application, we feel we did nothing wrongThe customer contacted us saying that she never signed anything authorizing us to run her creditAs you can clearly see, we have her signed permissionAs a result, we feel we have done nothing wrong. As a dealership, we feel we did our job in attempting to obtain financing for the customerIn no way did we talk her into filling out and signing the applicationThat was done freely and without reservation

Complaint#***To whom it may concern. This customer purchased a Volvo Sfrom our dealership in August The customer spent considerable time test driving and looking over the car, The customer was made aware of fact that the vehicle was and came with no warrantyThe customer did
have the option of taking the vehicle to a mechanic of his choosing and having the car examined by a professionalHe did not take advantage of that opportunity. The customer purchased the vehicle (vehicle was eleven years old)The customer also signed two different pieces of paper which stated that nothing else was promised at the time of delivery and that he was 100% responsible for any repairs after the sale. After purchasing the vehicle, the customer made us aware of the issues he was having, We offered to trade the customer out of the vehicle and apply that credit to a different vehicleHe declined that optionThe customer acknowledged that the offer we made him was fairHe accepted that offer from a different dealership. As a dealership, we feel we did nothing wrong in selling this vehicle to this customerHe had an opportunity to purchase a warranty that would have covered the issues he had with his car, however he declined those options as well

Complaint ID #[redacted]To whom it may concern:When the customer came to our dealership, he was interested in a minivan or a SUV. We obtained his credit information and sent their request to the banks we use, Unfortunately, the bank did not structure a loan for a mini-van or a suv. We presented the...

customer with some options that would work with our banks. They felt the vehicle that best fit their needs was the 2006 Cadillac CTS. They were not “talked into' purchasing any particular vehicle,They had some concerns with the vehicle which were addressed and agreed to before they took delivery, The vehicle was sold AS-IS (vehicle was 10 years old and had over 114,000 miles). The customer also signed two different pieces of paper which stated that nothing else was promised at the time of delivery. After taking delivery of the vehicle, the customer notified the dealership of additional issues concerning their CTS. Even though we had not agreed to address these concerns, we decided to do what we could to help the customer out.As of the date of this complaint, we were still in the process of getting the vehicle fixed for the customer. The process did take longer than we had hoped. However, the parts they needed were on backorder. And the shop we were using scheduled us a couple weeks out, We gave them a vehicle to use as a loaner until theirs was repaired. We have addressed all their concerns to the customer's satisfaction. And to our knowledge there have been no further issues or complaints.

The issue was taken care of months ago and everything is resolved.Sorry for the delay getting back to Revdex.com I thought this had already been handled. Very best regards,[redacted]

Complaint #[redacted] To whom it may concern.   The customer’s husband came into our dealership and set up an appointment to get his 2015 Toyota Prius’ windows tinted.  He was told that the window tint was $225.00 and came with a complementary tank of gas..   When the...

customer dropped off his vehicle he asked for a loaner car.  This is not a part of our program or was it offered.  However, we decided to give the customer a car to drive for the day.  The customer asked how dark his window tint would be.  We told him we would tint his windows as dark as legally allowed in the state of Kentucky.  He said that would be fine.     The customer picked up his vehicle later that day.  He came back to our dealership very upset that the tint was not darker and that he did not receive his tank of gas.  We explained that we can not tint his windows any darker nor would we put the customer in jeopardy of receiving a ticket for illegal window tint.  We apologized for his tank not being filled up and offered to schedule and appointment to take the window tint off his vehicle and fill his car up with gas and give him a full refund.  He stated that he didn’t have [redacted]e and left our dealership.  Later that day the customer gave us a poor review on Facebook and was again offered to have the tint removed and a tank of gas and a full refund.   After that day the customer never inquired about getting the tint removed and never came to the dealership for their free tank of gas and refund.  We were never notified about the rear view mirror issue until receiving this complaint.   As a dealership we have attempted to resolve this issue.  We have been willing to do everything the customer has asked. We are still willing to remove the customer’s tint, give them a tank of gas and also provide a full refund.  We are also willing to fix the rearview mirror issue as well.                                                                                                                                                            Sincerely,                                                                                                                                            [redacted]                                                                                                                                           General Manager                                                                                                                                            ChampionShip Autos                                                                                                                                           ###-###-####

Complaint [redacted]To whom it may concern,This customer came into our dealership wanting to trade in his 2005 BMW X5 for a used car and he wanted to receive $2000,00 cash back. He was given a few vehicles to choose from. He decided to purchase a 2003 Ford Taurus with over 175,000 miles on it. The...

customer was told that the vehicle was 100% AS-IS and he was responsible for any repairs after the sale. At the time of delivery, the customer signed two different pieces of paper stating that nothing was promised at the time of delivery.A few days after purchasing the vehicle, he started having several issues (battery, overheating etc). We told the customer that we could possibly trade him out of the Taurus for little of no money out of pocket depending on the vehicle. This agreement was dependant on what the dealership took in on trade over the next couple of days and weeks. Unfortunately we did not trade for anything that met the customer needs,When the customer came in to the dealership, he was needing to receive money back as quick as possible. He knowingly purchased a vehicle over 10 years old with over 175,000 miles and received $2,000.00 back. As a dealership, we feel we did nothing wrong or unethical with this customer. We never went back on what we said, and there was no guarantee that we would trade for something that would work for the customer. We appreciate this customer's’ service to our Country, We value all of our customers and want to treat each one with the same respect and decency they deserve.
