Review: We purchased a trike kit installed my the company with full warrantee. We had multiple issue including the trunk area leaking. When repairing the trike the body style was changed without my approval changing the look of the trike. Numerous other problems still exist that a letter and numerous phone calls to them have been made with no success to get resolved.Desired Settlement: I want my motorcycle back to factory condition they way they got it before the install. Money returned. If this is not an option the a refund is still due.

Review: On 11/20/2015 I purchased a trike kit from Champion, paid $3000 up front to start the kit which would take 4 weeks. On 12/7/15 I called as the charge had not appeared, which indicated the kit had not been started and would be late. The kit was shipped to MA and it included a tail pipe which did not fit. I called Champion and requested the information to return the tail pipe and receive a refund. On the 18th of January I received the "RMA" from Champion to return the pipe. The pipe was shipped back to Champion 1/18/16 via UPS with confirmation of delivery to Champion on 1/26/16. I called on the 27th to make sure they had it and how the refund process worked. They said they had not checked it in yet. Spoke with [redacted]. Called again the following week, first week of February, to see about the refund of $970. [redacted] said it was processed and in accounting. Called again the end of the first week of February, [redacted] said it was in accounting she would check. I received no call back. I called again the 2/1/16 no one available to speak with me, again on 2/1/16 to see if it was a check or credit to my card, and again [redacted] said it would go out, she was not sure which. Called two different times the week of the 15th, no one available to speak with me, asked for call back. Called the 23rd finally got a manager, [redacted], who said she would work on it next week. I said no we need to work on it now. She said she would get with owner and call me back. No call back. I called on the 24th of February, no one available to speak with me, called 3 times with same response. Called today the 2/25/16, no one available to speak with me. Left a message in voice mail of owner to please call me not sure why no one will tell me what is going on. Will continue to call but it appears there will never be anyone available to speak with me. Receptionist finally let me know the accountant was fired so there is a problem. All they had to do was speak to me.Desired Settlement: I just NEED my $970.00 refunded to me.
