Multiple Illegal Robocalls to my registered "Do Not Call" cell phone
Multiple Illegal Robocalls to my registered "Do Not Call" cell phone dating back to early November 2019 I received at least 10 Robocalls from salesmen, after I requested them to take me off of their internal call list. My phone has been registered to the National Do Not Call list since August 2011
Civil settlement as set by Congressional guidelines per the TCPA rules
We have addressed this isolated situation and have taken the appropriate steps to insure that they are no longer contacted if they or anyone else is on the national "DNC".
(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
The company owner and management has been very professional and prompt in addressing my concern and have satisfied my complaint
