was the problem. You can see the two pictures he sent to us via attachment. If we found any problems with the shaft, then we would send him another one, but he kept telling us to send a new one so he can have it by Tuesday and that he'll send the other shaft later on. Our policy for all of our customers is that if they want a replacement, then they would have to return the item first before we ship out a new one. To provide him a good service, we have refunded him his money on September 21st via Paypal. You can see the attachment.
