*** Hard copy and additional information attached *** On August 1st, Radio Link Internet received a letter concerning a complaint from *** *** with a Revdex.com ID of ***This customer has been with Radio Link Internet since 12/21/and was installed by the Owner of Radio Link
Internet, Daniel *** *** and Daniel *** was present at the time of installation, and one part of the installation process is going over briefly the Terms and Conditions of the service being deliveredThese documents are also located on www.radiolinkinterneleornThe complaint that *** *** has with Radio Link Internet is covered in the Terms and Conditions of service found in paragraph 8aThis section explains that the service that was agreed to is "as is as available" and "is not guaranteed to be error free," It has been talked about that Radio Link Internet does offer a SLA (service level agreement) service connection, however an SLA cost considerably more then a serviceRadio Link Internet does have large businesses with an SLA connection and those connections haven't had these issuesSo in response to the letter from the Revdex.com on the complaint of *** ***, Radio Link Internet is providing the service level that was subscribed toRadio Link Internet would be willing to talk about upgrading the service into a SLA connection for the appropriate feesIf *** *** does not choose to make this switch, then his service will stay the same as it is now under the Terms and Conditions he agreed toThank you,

I am rejecting this response because:
Dear Mr***,
Thank you for your assistance with this matter, I appreciate
your time and support during this process
On the day of installation the Radio Link Internet employee
stated that because of the value of the antenna, the company would send an
employee back upon termination of service to collect the antenna and that only
the power injector was to be returned by the customerUpon cancellation of
services, I packaged the power injector as well as the cords that were
connected to it on April 21st and drove minutes out of my
way to the post office in order to get it in the mail to be received by the
company on April 23rd During my e-mail conversation to notify
the company of my termination request, the terms and conditions were referenced
repeatedly by the company, however, no specifics were given even after I
relayed what their employee stated upon installationEven when this document
was referenced to me, I read through it thoroughly and it does not state
anywhere throughout the document that the antenna needs to be returned by the
customer, and it states “All equipment at your home is the sole property of RLI
and must be returned to RLI in undamaged working condition within days of
termination of this Agreement by either party”Where it states “by
either party” as well as in a verbal agreement with the employee at
installation, I interpreted this to mean that I was following the Terms and
ConditionsWhen the company finally stated that they were requiring that the
antenna be returned by me specifically, I requested via e-mail on April 30th
for them to provide the tools and written instructions, preferably with
photos, in order for me to be able to make an attempt to get the antenna down
without damaging itI do not own the appropriate tools, nor posses the
required skills to accomplish this task without some instruction and a list of
tools requiredUnfortunately, the company failed to reply to this request and
instead I received no further contact until May 8th with a bill
of $for the equipmentTo date, even during this process through the
Revdex.com, I have continued to receive multiple bills to the point
where I feel as though I am being harassed and bullied by the company into
making a payment that I do not feel is completely justifiedFurthermore, I
feel as though Mr*** owes me a personal apology on behalf of his
company and employee for lying to me during installation on whose
responsibility it was to return which piece(s) of equipment upon termination of
serviceI would also have been more than happy to pay the $in order to
have the company schedule an appointment for them to pick up the antenna so
that it can be removed without the risk of inadvertently damaging the equipment
due to my inexperience with this task, unfortunately this had never once been
suggested to me throughout these conversations after termination of service
until seeking the involvement of the Revdex.comAt this time, I will not be making any payments toward the $invoices(s) that I have been receiving from Radio Link InternetOnce a formal apology is received from Mr*** on this matter, Radio Link Internet may contact me in order to schedule an appointment for the antenna to be picked up and the $fee will be paid
I would be more than happy to provide the e-mails referenced
in this letter, as well as any other messages in regards to this matter to the
Revdex.com, if you would like
Sincerely,
*** ***
