No proof furished about mini bar contents, given mini bar was not restocked during stay. How much does the mini fridge hold? No picture of the smallest mini fridge.  The fridge did not contain the contents allegedly purchased. The hotel was too busy to provide daily cleaning services during the stay, New Year's holiday also prevented staff from picking up in house dining flatware.  Many requests were made for cleaning services and flatware removal.  Staff complained they were too busy to help.  Hence, the room was messy upon check out, evidenced by photos, but in no way commensurate with a $500 cleaning fee. Furthermore, the hotel's response contains here-say, slanderous and highly inappropriate; I did not offer to pay extreme smoking fees, cleaning fees or hefty late checkout or change fees.  It is highly inapproriate to accuse my room of drug odors, which is 100% inaccurate.  Maybe the odor came from the loud nightclub above my room.  Blood on hotel sheets may signal a bed bug issue. Hotel should perform regular bed bug inspections with a licensed provider.  bed bug registry listed this hotel with numerous bed bug complaints. No offer was received from hotel and no offer is accepted.  I will warn friends of hotel's fee policy and service issues.  Hotel was extremely understaffed during busy holiday season.  The room needed daily cleaning services and all in house dining flatware should be removed in a timely fashion. The staff could not accomidate the basics but imposed unfair fees without an issue. Perhaps more staff should be allocated to daily cleaning services instead of billing services.
