I received a collection notice in the mail on 11/20/The bill was on behalf of Cierra Crest I moved out on October 25th We asked Cierra Crest to do a walk through but they refused I received no other contact from Cierra CrestWhen I received the collection notice I called Cierra Crest at 1:16PM on November 20thI was informed by the representative that after days my debt is sent to collections I informed the representative that the letter was received November 20thIt had not yet be daysThen her story changed to after days that I would receive a collections notice I then informed the representative that it had not yet been daysShe then offered to send the bill again, refusing to acknowledge the endangerment f my credit and Cierra Crest's unprofessional practicesI advised her that I would pay this bill, even though I don't know what I am paying for and filing a complaint with the Revdex.com The collection notice was not from Cierra Crest and was add

I have lived at this complex for two yearsItems received (with verifiable employee signature) have gone missing twiceWith the 'assistant manager' Tory/Tori offering me the legal advice that I could not report this to Denver PD, as they only sign for packages as a 'courtesy'They close their advertised 'year round' hot-tub routinely to save money, (for months at a time,) under the guise of repairsIn fact, the hot-tub has cumulatively been out of commission for over of my months hereII asked what the next year's rate would be months ahead of timeThey will not give it to you until days before renewal, and then you have exactly days or less to decide whether to continue or not, or an insanely high rate kicks inSpeaking of insane rent raises, this year it jumped up over 200-300/month over the cost the year beforeThey start off with a low price, and then raise it drastically each year, the more someone is committedThat being said, I did not leave a star review, as some members of the staff had been very helpful at pointsbut sadly don't seem to have any control to really offer even the basic responsePros: The repair crew (while they take a few days, do a good job.) Besides my one experience with Tory today, office staff are very pleasant and truly try to be helpful, but it has become abundantly clear upon interaction that their hands are tied by an out-of-state property management company that doesn't care about its tenants

We moved out of Cierra Crest in July after living there for two years We were charged for painting and other itemsWhen we asked to see photos of the damage, we sat with the manager and she couldn't exactly explain the damage from looking at the grainy photos and said she'd get back to us after talking with the maintenance manager This meeting happened a month after we moved out, but yet the manager was expected to remember exactly what our apartment needed and looked likeAfter meeting with the maintenance manager, the manager agreed to drop hours of the painting costs off from the total owedThe manager never explained what was determined to be different between the photos and talking with the maintenance manager

The tenants living above us had two dogs that they locked outside on their deck, which lead to them peeing out on their deck and it came down on to oursWe noticed this Mid-February, so we went to the leasing office and told themThey told us they would handle itA month later (March 23rd), we found dog pee againIt has ruined our patio furniture and our patio still reeks of dog urineWe were home but luckily not outside on the deck when the peeing happened (Imagine if we were outside and got peed onUnhealthy.)
