It's been over 7+ months since my Viking dishwasher stopped working [redacted] repair company came to consult times (luckily within warranty) and Viking service have still not resolved the issueFinally, [redacted] recommended that Viking send another repair company to look at it or replace unitAt that, Viking customer service had the audacity to say you are now no longer under warranty so you won't be covered! What about the fact that the dishwasher never worked in the first placeExtremely poor machine and even worse customer serviceI feel so helpless at this point and completely conned by the companyPlease be warned and never buy from Viking

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: we have been working with the west division of Viking and they haven't resolved our issue, they dot return emails , phone calls nor have they even begun to address our issue Their customer service is -on a scale of 1- This company needs to take responsibility for their products and serve their customers I am beyond frustrated with their response Our past with Viking is beyond unacceptable We went through four refrigerators (all defective) under a two year period They were not responsive are a gracious company, we had to spend hours of time and energy to get the issue resolved I don't want to wait another year for them to resolve this issue I have a double oven that has been sitting half useless for three monthsI would appreciate someone in upper management taking responsibilty for the actions of their employees Start treating customers with respect We did our part, we purchased a Viking kitchen for over $Regards, [redacted]

Viking refrigerator should get the award for worst refrigerator everFor the price, it was a ripped offEverything is badAll the compartments are so cheaply made Our are all broken after few years considerating we are very careful peopleIt's non stop repair with the ice maker and freezerAnd cost of repair is so expensiveSuch a headache owing this piece of junk
