While we appreciate Mr [redacted] as a customer it is important to note a couple of things in regards to his complaint First of all he has a warranty against leaks At no time did he report a leak He has chosen to install a new HVAC unit to his roof and any and all repairs associated with this are not covered by his warranty We have never said we wouldn't complete the repairs What we have communicated to Mr [redacted] is that we are in our busy time of year when we receive lots or rain and that we would work his billable repair into our schedule when it was possible to do so Since the roof was not leaking we believed it was best not to disrupt anything and get to the repair when we could do so without risk of causing a leak Yesterday August 31st we completed the repair Mr [redacted] knew we were coming and that the repair would be billable He was unable to pay for the repair at the time our technician was there We hope he will take care of the payment promptly He also assured us that he would retract his complaint It appears this has not taken place Queston has done everything we can to fulfill our obligations to Mr [redacted]
