I files a compliant about georgia power in october,2015 but no Revdex.com response was received by me concerning no budget billing transfer for my account plus I nad have a new account for my new address!i am on a fixed income and had to emergency move to my current address.why did I have to have a new account when my old account number should have been transfered to my new address!i donot care about the new equipment being all electric.georgia power should have an emergency budget bill ing program for emergency moving account bolder.georgia power is retailiating against me ,by changing the amount of. tax ,fee of nuclear planet building reclaimation fee;environmental compliant fee,etc.,on my bill,every bill cycle,for me complaining.in september 2015,the unidentified georgia power rep. did not tell me about my budget bill program not transferring to my new address.the georgia utilities commission did not respond to my complaint,either,which means state of georgia is on georgia power company's side!no matter who the georgia voters elect for state of georgia utilities commission .
