to end up painting ourselves, and the discount of $for the corners they were not contracted to put on but we were forced to agree to.

Our factory is behing getting product manufactured. We did make a screen ato our location and take it out to the customers home but it did not fit. The customer was not home. My service tech did not foloow up with the customer to let them know that we had to remake the screen again...
as we have to do this by hand loacally. The factory makes screens by machine with more exact sizing.My service tech remade the screen and went back to the customers home to but it in. It was still off sized so the modified the screen on site and now fits properly. We apologize for the original screen not being sent with the window originally and lack of follow up.
