[redacted] had an appointment set for her service on July 27th, but refused work because she did not want to pay the trip charge that is necessary for our service technician to go to her homeI just called her and spoke with her, but she told me she never put in a complaint

It is unfortunate that we did not have an updated profile for this particular customerWhen she initially called in for service, we were not notified of a change of number for her contactThis led to us ordering the windows, receiving them from our MFG plant, and then us storing them while we were waiting on a response to many unanswered callsWe have since change the number once our calls were returned after the first "complaint"She is scheduled for 4/1/from 8-10am

It was not done by this location , it was in [redacted] but they have closed and I was referred by the Main Office to contact this locationI should go to the Home office
