This dealership has been awfulThe only great person there is salesman ***First we were told they couldn't find the key to the Benz we purchased and they said they would send us a check to get it replacedThey wanted to send a check for when the key was over thatAfter arguing and taking over a week they called Mercedes told me it was taken care of to take the car in that they sent a checkOnce I called Mercedes they said no they told us you would pay itThen after that they only gave me temp plates for daysNever advised me that they use a 3rd party for their tags registration and whatnotI called to have my temp plates extended because they were expired they refused to have it doneTold me I had to speak to *** I called *** they said they can't talk to me because I'm not the dealerWeeks later I get a call from DMV saying my plates are in and I owe 389.00! Howwww I called multiple times no one wants to return my calls then I finally get ahold of J

I Paid for a service and of today I have not receive the service I paid a fee for the dealership to pay and obtain my license plate in timely manner(Day)
I have not received the license plate but was told by the General Manger of the Jaguar store that my state Deptof Revenue was possession of the moneys and paperworkThe State Missouri to me yesterday they were in their possessionI ask for a tracking number from the Dealership for the state of Missouri to track itNo response from Patrick Group

Installed spark plugs (ac Delco) not OEM
Car the next day I noticed the car still ran poor.I did not think they could fix it
Very poor customer service would not answer my questions
or provide engine code paperwork until I paid at end
Took car to Saab specialist and he said someone put the wrong plugs
in.he stated NGK are OEM I paid once again for plugs and install
I really thought Patrick cadwoulld refund my money.They will not
I am out dollars

Took my *** in for repair work from a sideswipe incident and after the typical lies and run around we finally received our car back just to have it breakdown on the highway less than miles of driving itThe car was purchased brand new and now has catastrophic damages due to incompetence great effecting our confidence in the vehicle and *** and the resale value of the carI purchased a brand new *** not a rebuilt one
