Quick, easy, affordable service. I'll be back!

Review: On March **, 2015 Nickolas K[redacted] a factory representative for Champion Windows came to my residence at [redacted] to demonstrate his window selection and quality. At that time we signed a contract for the replacement of a kitchen Garden Window. (Please see the attached copy of contract) It was specified on the contract that the window was to have two shelves. Mr. K[redacted] had called the factory to make sure the window was available in that configuration. He was assured it was and we ordered it in that configuration. A line of credit was created with [redacted]) for $3000. This was intended to cover the windows cost of $2500 dollars. An immediate charge of $750 was placed against the credit as a down payment for the window.Three months later I had contacted Champion ([redacted] Tel# ###-###-#### or ###-###-####). At that time I spoke to Jason S[redacted] who identified himself as a vice president. He told me that my window was still being built. After numerous calls and continued assurances that the window was being built I was finally informed that the window could not be built in the contracted configuration. I had asked for the contract to be canceled and my down payment to be returned. It has been months of calls to both the office and Mr. S[redacted]s cell phone (###-###-####), but no check has been received. Mr. S[redacted] does not answer his phones and does not respond to the voice messages that were left.I even called the office and asked for the accounting department in an attempt to expedite the return of my down payment. The call was answered by, what seemed like an answering service. Even though I had asked for the accounting department I was transferred to Mr. S[redacted]s phone. He did not answer and, as been his pattern, did not return my call.Upon going to the Champion Window web site and putting in my zip code I was told that they do not service my area. The contract I signed and all accompanying documents had the Champion logo and appeared to be authentic. I feel I have been the victim of consumer fraud. Any assistance you can give me will be greatly appreciated.Desired Settlement: I want to receive a refund of my $750 down payment.

Review: I have a life time warranty with Champion windows. I now have 6 windows where the seals have failed and Champion agrees that they will replace them. I have been trying to get the windows replaced for the past 8 months. I have a called the [redacted] - on many occaisions, but he rarely answers the phone. When he does answer the phone he states the windows are in and someone will call to arrange the install. After leaving numerous messages and calling Customer Service at Champion in Ohio [redacted]- the [redacted] calls and states he will check to see if the windows are in and will call before the end of the day. Several weeks go by and I still have my disgusting windows and no return call. [redacted] has out right lied and doesn't care. I have called customer service numerous times and have spoken with [redacted] who is very apologetic and states she will refer this to her supervisor. Again- it is over 8 months and still no return phone calls, no windows- I do not know what else to do. I have documented every phone call I made and who I spoke with. This is such a breach of contract. All I want is the windows repaired.Desired Settlement: All I want is what the warranty states-to repair or replace the defective windows.

Review: Windows purchased in 2004 for my entire home. A have a lifetime warranty for the windows and I still have my contract. My large bay window and a bedroom window have streaks inside of them, indicating a leak of the gas and that they are not only foggy but have lost their insulation ability. I began contacting champion Long Island back in Sept 2014. After a few months of them looking for a copy of my contract on THEIR end, I was told in December that yes indeed I did have a warranty and they found my paper files (which had to be obtained from a Rhode Island location due to the closure of the Long Island office for a few years). Spoke to [redacted] in [redacted] location. He has both my contract/warranty and pictures of my windows and the labels from them with the specifications. I provided this to him via text which he acknowledged in December 2014. I was told by him would be contacted when the 2 windows came in for installation which he guessed would be in January. I have not heard back from them despite calls & texts inquiring about them both to him, the [redacted] location, and 2 calls to corporate have also gone unreturned, and I told them I had no other choice but to contact the Revdex.com. My last contact with [redacted] was Dec **. I called [redacted] a few weeks ago. I called corporate 2x this week.Desired Settlement: I just want my 2 windows replaced per the lifetime warranty.
