First, we are very sorry that the Thielemanns have had an experience that they consider unsatisfactory and unpleasant We did not intend for there to be so many misunderstandings.
We have been in contact with the customer and believe that all of the construction issues
have been addressed The room is complete We have not processed any payments from their financing that were not discussed in advance, and the proper paperwork signed Our Division Manager is in contact with the Thielemanns concerning the completion paperwork and the final payment We believe this will be resolved

Mr. [redacted] had a patio room built by my company and has experienced several problems. We have promptly fixed all problems every time one comes up.
