We have offered our customer different appointments since the product was received in JulyShe has declined both as she stated in her complaintWe are offering more appointments times for next week in the hopes to accommodateWe do not run service on weekends, only daytime hours during the week

They came about a week ago and fixed the window. Thank you for your assistance in getting this fixed.

This customer was placed in priority last week on 12/10/and is being called to schedule for either this afternoon (12/15/14) or tomorrow (12/16/14)

All of the customer's issues were addressed and completed 12/9/14 and 12/10/14.

To Whom it may concern,It has always been Champion policy in writing on the original contract the customer has signed and the warranty card they receive that parts, labor and material are covered for lifetime free of charge.  However in writing and bold print it states that after year two there...

is a trip charge, no charge on the parts labor and material. Customers free trip charge was actually extended from the two year to Five year free which I have attached both having customers signature.  I have also attached a survey in which Customer states we address even the smallest concerns.  Customer has admitted his paperwork states this and we feel that this should not be a complaint on our record.  Champion has not done anything to deceive the customer or alter their window warranty. Customer has also stated he has had 3 or 4 service requests since purchasing the windows and we have always fulfilled the service to Customers satisfaction, and do not understand how he feels he would have problems with Champion.  A problem would be if we fail to honor warranty or perform service.  There is not a product manufactured on the market that never requires service of some sort, and a quality company will stand behind their warranty which we have done and will continue to do. If there are any further questions please feel free to contact me at your convenience.  However we still feel that this is a complaint that should not be listed on Champions Revdex.com record. Thank youTim

We have offered her 2 appointment times thus far. She has declined both, which we certainly understand. She was also offered a phone evaluation at the very beginning (which would have given us a starting point and could have gotten the replacement product ordered) but insisted that we do the...

evaluation on site. Therefore, creating a delay in even getting started. We have made this customer a priority in scheduling and have offered an appointment time each time we have been in her area, and will continue to do so.
 
We have a customer base of over 20,000. We are scheduled in different areas every weekday and need to visit 6-10 customers per day to be efficient and make the most of our time and take care of as many customers as possible. It is virtually impossible to accommodate every customer on the first try. 
 
It is unfortunate that we have not been able to coordinate with Ms. [redacted] so far, but we will continue to offer the very next day and time available. 
 
She will be contacted again next week when we are scheduling the following week. If Ms. [redacted] prefers, we could schedule a couple of weeks ahead to ensure accommodating her schedule. We will give her that option if the next day and time does not work for her. Keeping that in mind, I'm sure we will be able to get this resolved.

Ms. [redacted],Good afternoon, and please let me begin with I am the new Division Manager here with Champion of Indianapolis.  I recently took the store over making changes in many of our procedures. I can say that after researching the customers packet there were definitely...

issues however in standard Home Improvement there is almost always a punch list.  With this being said Mr. [redacted] should of not had to wait as long as he did for resolution.  We did however repair all of the issues.  The handle was replaced with a new set of keys.  The screen door was replaced.  The trim was replaced around door. And the only remaining issue was the 9 over 9 grids which according to our manufacturing specifications is the actual size of grid pattern for that size window.  There are no notes on the agreement that Mr. [redacted] signed that stated Custom Grid pattern.  There were no notes on remeasure sheet from when a measure tech met with Mr. [redacted] after the initial contract signing.  Also a custom grid pattern which would be a larger 6 over 6  which would require an upcharge and there was none on initial sale paperwork. I feel the service has all been taken care of leaving only the disagreement on the grid pattern.  As far as the grid pattern,  it evidently has just been a misunderstanding somewhere down the line.  Mr. [redacted] has stated that all he wants is an apology for the time delay which I am now sincerely apologizing for the delay.  And Mr. [redacted] would like the grids changed in the two windows that received grid pattern from us  We will in fact replace the sashes with a 6 over 6 pattern  (on our 2 windows) or offer a discount on the remaining windows left in the home.  If I can be of any further service please feel free to contact me at your convenience.  I will wait for Mr. [redacted]s response on whether he would like a discount on remaining windows or for us to order replacement sashes with new grid pattern as requested.Warm Regards[redacted]Division Manager

Although the work was completed on 8/17/15, I disagree with their statement "We are attempting to satisfy Customer even to the point of waiving any related charges to the written warranty". The process to have warranty replacements for most of the windows originally installed by Champion began on March 12, 2015. I never asked for the waiving of the $75 charge. It was immediately offered by Champion as a way to shut me up.This was a painful exercise in which I had to follow up with Champion MANY MANY times before asking for Revdex.com assistance.I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.
