The Roofing and Windows are all completed The only project to be completed is the Siding The finance co( [redacted] ) has not approved the additional funds at this point I would recommend that Mr [redacted] secures financing through a separate company We continue to work with the finance company, however, have no control over what they approve We will attempt to get [redacted] to approve the additional amount in order to do the siding work Unfortunately, at this point, there is nothing more that we can do

Champion contacted this customer yesterday 7/and has scheduled a time to meet with them at their property The meeting is tomorrow 7/to inspect the concerns listed in this complaint It is our full intent to resolve these concerns with our
customer I will send further updates as they are available

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: Contacting *** will not solve this issueAt Champion Windows request *** and I have contacted and tried to work something out with *** timesChampion Windows themselves has tried at least timesThe issue at hand is that Champion Window sold us a product using Financing they did not understandI tried to explain this to our Sales Rep on several occasions, but instead of listening to us and following up on our concerns and understanding the actual situation they choose to ignore us and tell us "Everything is ok, no problems" over and over which created this situation. This is not an "Us" problem nor a "***" problemThis is a Champion Windows problem that they need to fix

Revdex.com, attached is a copy of the contract that indicates a fee for work after years The customer is also mailed a copy of the warranty that outlines the fee once the project is done We are working on getting an additional copy of the warranty for the customer, we don't have a copy in
the office to supply today We have just called the customer to provide their service for free this time, no one was home and we left a message I have been on vacation which has slowed our response We look forward to resolving this problem in the next few days.Regards, Rich G***

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I don't understand how a business could flat out lie to a customer and get them to continue with a contract based on fraudulent information and continue to pretend to work with a Finance Company to secure additional funding and have "US" contact the financial company to request additional funding knowing full well it isn't going to happen. An then the "ONLY" solutions Champion Windows can come up with is for us the client to come up with lots of additional money or go out and secure our own additional funding? Champion Windows "Promised" us 60 months interest free financing for "All 3 products" and that is what Champion Windows Needs to deliver. I would love to get contact information for someone at the Corporate Level if this is the best the local level can do.Sincerely,[redacted]
