Champion Window, Sunroom & Home Exterior Company

This is in response to complaint by [redacted] who purchased gutters from us on 4/2/and has said she is upset that they were not Champion Gutters, we explained that we us a gutter company here locally for our gutter work and that the warranty is 100% covered by Champion liked promised We have sent our service people out there and myself numerous times to try and service some of the gutters, but she refuses to let us do the work saying she wants her money back We provided a quality product backed up with our full warranty and have tried to work with Mrs [redacted] time and time again

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.What is your fault is having a Champion sales Rep out who did not disclose that the product and installation was not going to be done by Champion. I would not have used Champion had I known.What is your fault is that neither the gutter company you used ( [redacted] ) or your employees identified what was needed to do the job correctly.The entire section over the front porch has been removed, along with the so called "fix" that you did, by another company and has been repaired and installed correctly now. This was an additional cost to me.The gutter section on the back of the house still drips down between the gutter and the back board and I will have to have this corrected also.What "else" you can do, after almost 2 years of my trying to work with you instead of having the gutters taken back, is to honor my initial request for a portion of the purchase price to be refunded.Please respond back with a fair solution. Regards,[redacted]
