Champion Windows of Colorado Springs

I called Champion Windows in Colorado Springs 7 times and was lied to each time. I ordered several windows and one window was the wrong size. The installer called and let the manager know about the wrong size and I was told that a new window would be installed in no more than 2 weeks. After 3 weeks I called and they stated someone would call me back in one hour. After a week I called and would be called back, this never happened. Finally after 6 weeks Champion called and said the new window was in. The person that was to put the window in was 2 hours late, after a 2 hour window. My wife and I where going on a trip and change it because of the threat from Champion windows that we had to be there or not get our discount. The installer put the window in, founding that it didn't fit. Now Champion has to send new parts to fix it. A board had to be installed to keep someone from easily getting in. This has been going on for 3 months and still someone can get in.

Had 2 windows and a garden view door installed Dec. 2016. James and Jason did a great job!! Product is super! Highly recommend.
