Champion has contacted the manufacturer of the ridge vent and will be hiring a third party inspection company to further evaluate the situationAfter the third party evaluation Champion will take the necessary actions to remedy the conditions

This company manufactures its own doors and windows from chinese vinyl profilesIt is literally the poorest quality work I have ever seen - not the cheap chinese vinyl, but the terrible way this company uses their bonding, cutting, and sealing machineryIt is as if they have no idea what they are doing75% of the windows in our brand new home have faultsNONE are square at any edgeThe doors connect by using a framing part instead of what is commanded to save money - this means the screen doors are knocked off the tracks when you open or close the doorsWORST OF ALL - The repairman asks how you clean the windows when they come to your homeWHY? Because they are trying to void your warranty - If you use anything other than water to clean your windows, window frames, or surfaces near your windows - they void your warranty

My New windows are so much more than I anticipated!! I love everything about them , and so does my family!!
They say "Mom you're home looks brand new because of you're new Windows"!!!
The installation crew became just like family

Champion Windows offers a full lifetime warranty on all parts and LaborTwo years after installation there is a trip charge of $as stated in our warrantyAll parts including the screens are free and can be picked up at our Kent locationPlease keep in mind that some older parts and glass needs
to be ordered from one of our manufacturing facilitiesI suggest any customer that needs warranty work should call the office to find out if the parts are in stock or to schedule one of our service techs for a visit

I had new windows installed, the ladder that Champion WIndows used, caused some siding damage I brought this to their attention, and was told that they are not liable for any damages So, I am basically being told too bad, thanks for your money
All I was looking for was to work with them on something fair to repair my siding, and I would have likely bouth six more windows, but not after the treatment I recieved from ***

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: The warranty I received when I bought these windows was totally different from the warranty they showed and I have never received any notice on change of warranty.  See my attachment. Sincerely,[redacted]
