Review: I mail a barrel with Champion xpress shipping since Nov** 2014 to Guyana n today is June* 2015 n the barrel didnot reach my family as yet n everytime I call the company their is no answering n no one never call me to say anything n when I go to the office on [redacted] it close .One day I me [redacted] at [redacted] he say the barrel mail out n will reach Guyana n he will call me n that was 3months ago n since I didnot here or see [redacted] again.I should like if someone can help me find [redacted] I need my barrel back or my money.Desired Settlement: refund me my money I spend for my stuff n postage fee.

Review: I am writing this letter to seek assistance with an unfortunate situation that has left me a victim of someone else’s dishonesty. I am requesting help to retrieve two (2) boxes that I paid a total sum of five hundred and twenty dollars ($520) to ship to [redacted], West Indies since November **, 2014 via a shipping company called Champion X-Press Shipping Inc. which is currently located in New York. The boxes where addressed to my son-in-law, [redacted].

During the month of December, I was notified by my relatives in [redacted] that they were still awaiting the call to clear the boxes. As a result, I made numerous attempts to contact the [redacted] (t[redacted]) of Champion X-Press Shipping Inc. To my disappointment, all calls went unanswered.

Since then I was told the building space that [redacted] rented for storage has been impounded inclusive of all items within the space because he owes rent/cash to the owners of the building. I was informed that [redacted] cannot be found as he is in debt and other persons are looking for him. This has left me in an uncomfortable position as I am unable to retrieve my belongings, not to mention the money I paid upfront for services not rendered. I have food stuff and other perishables packed in those boxes that I fear that may expire soon.Desired Settlement: I would like to get back my belongings as well as the money I paid for the shipment cost. I also believe that I should be compensated for goods that expire due to this incident.

Review: In October 2014 I contacted Champion Xpress Shipping Inc to ship 4 barrels to Georgetown, Guyana South America by December 2014. It was brought to my attention by Christmas 2014 by barrels were not in Guyana. I contacted Champion (###-###-####). I left messages until eventually I got an automatic recording that the mailbox was full. I proceeded to visit their location on Liberty Avenue. When I got to the location the business was closed. There was no notice on their door that they were closed for the holiday or such. I continued to call the phone number mentioned above. Finally I asked my daughter to drive pass the business after work to see if the business was open. She met up with an "employee" and he called me right in front of my daughter and told me that the barrels where in Guyana. I got my nieces in Guyana to check the location in Guyana. That location is also closed and operating weird hours. I've been trying for weeks to get a straight answer from Champion. This is a business I've used for the pass five years. Their behavior is very disrespectful and shady.Desired Settlement: Ultimately I would like the barrels delivered to my family.

Review: I have sent out a barrel on November [redacted], 2014 with Champion Xpress Shipping. I have paid a shipping fee of $65.00. I have my receipt to proof this. Destination of delivery in Georgetown, Guyana, South America. My family has not receive the barrel I have sent.

I contact the business many times, but I cannot speak with anyone because the business telephone voice mail box is full. I have visited the Office for Champion Xpress Shipping many times to retrieve my barrel, but it is always close, no matter what day or time I went. I was told by a delivery guy that my shipment will reached its destination one week before Christmas to my family in Guyana. I have contacted 311 I had no help.

My family in Georgetown Guyana also visited Champion Xpress Shipping Office which is always closed.

It has been 5 months and I have not heard anything about my shipment from this company. At this time I do not know what else I can do to retrieve my barrel.

I am very worried and frustrated about their services that they provide to customers. I am very disappointed that nobody from this company has contacted me as to why my barrel has not been shipped. I WANT TO KNOW WHERE IS MY BARREL.Desired Settlement: I would like for my barrel to be return to me and I need my refund of $65.00 which I paid for shipping to Georgetown Guyana South America.

Review: My problem is with Champion Xpress Shipping. I mailed two barrels and a box to guyana on 10/**/2014. It supposed to reach in 3 weeks or 1 month . This is 3 months and 3 weeks finish since then and it did not reach the family in guyana yet.Desired Settlement: If the barrels and the one box is at the warf in NY. Then I wish to get it back. I also wish that cops could get him and throw him in jail because my self and the other customers cannot contact him or get any customer service . He is hiding. Please keep looking for him he might be in NY or guyana

Review: I'm hereby filing a complaint about the shipping company named Champion X-Press located at [redacted] .The situation is at the moment that we uses the service for shipping a container with electrical and other items to my chrome town international. (Guyana) we were told by the owner that we are paying for door to door service . Every translation was done here in New York and was agreed upon .Upon arrival of the container that was shipped , there was lots of damages of items , also container was not delivered the way as was told , but we paid the full rate for the door to door service. I called up the company here in New York and relate the situation to the owner , his response was very rude, disrespectful and unconcerned ! He told me that he's not responsible and begins yelling at me on the phone . I would like the Revdex.com service to look into this matter and to see it get resolved and I get my refund for all damage items, and. Also refund that was charged for door to door services that was not delivered . Please take this matter into consideration for it causing my brother in Guyana a Lot of depression knowing a lot of money involved in purchasing these items that's damage at the shipping company responsibility .I will be looking forward for response regarding my complaint . Any question I can be reached at the number stated in my formDesired Settlement: The cost for all damage items and also refund for excess payment for the service not provided as was told .

Review: The shipping company picked up packages to be delivered in Guyana on August [redacted] 2014 and was promised that it will be delivered within 3 weeks. It have failed to deliver the products as of 11/**/14. After calling about several times day almost every week, we are promised that it was be there the following week I have no proof that the packages were even shipped. It is impossible to reach any personnel for this company unless you personally show up at the business location. and the owner is very rude. I think there is some degree of fraudulent activity happening here . There is also no way to contact the corresponding shipping company in Guyana, SA, the number and address provided does not existDesired Settlement: If the business has no proof of showing that my packages were delivered to my family member's in Guyana; my family members have confirmed that they have not received any packages. They packages totaled a sum of $8000.00 in goods, many products irreplaceable since it was for wedding.

Review: I called the Champion Xpress Shipping Company about seven (7) times to come and pick up the barrels. When the person arrived on October **, 2014, he sealed the barrels (2) and confirmed that they will reach Guyana in the third week of November, 2014. I paid cash of $US140.00 for both barrels.

In the third week of November, my family did not receive the barrels in Guyana, so I called the contact numbers (###-###-#### and [redacted]) provided on the receipt to inquire what had happened. After calling several times, a man answered and said “he will call Guyana and find out if the barrels had reached and he would call me back”. However, he did not return my call and I continuously kept calling, but got messages that the mail box was filled and the number was out of order.

In December 2014, my friend, [redacted], the person to collect the barrels in Guyana, went to the Champion Xpress Shipping office in Guyana, and found that the office was closed. She went again about 2-3 times, and found that a sign was posted stating the office was closed during working hours.

I decided to check the Champion Xpress Shipping Company online, and found a number for [redacted] and contacted him on ** January 2015. I spoke to [redacted] and made my complaint to him regarding what has been happening with the barrels, he advised me to send him an email concerning my case along with a scanned copy of the receipt.

Up to now, ** March, 2015, my family in Guyana has not received the barrels, and I wondering was is happening and where my barrels are?Desired Settlement: Return of barrels and money for shipping
