Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Regards, [redacted] As a customer I should have a right to place any complaint regarding poor service or quality of foodEspecially when I am paying money for this serviceMy past complaints should not be used as a deterrent for this company to avoid facing their mistakes or dealing with any consequence due to it Who ever does the hiring at these McDonald restaurants should do a better job with selecting the right candidates to publicly serve in customer service...Make sure that any employee understands the concept of customer service and has a sufficient level of education and experience...These employees should have adequate comprehension of the English language and knowledge of company standards..Maybe some training in business ethics if necessaryI notice that many of these employees are very slow at comprehending the English languageThey should understand that their personal baggage or perceptions should not be put before providing decent customer serviceIn other words a customer should not have to repeat any order over several times or be stared at in a awkward manner before being servicedEmployees should have a certain level of appreciation for their jobs and not behave passive aggressively or ridiculous while doing their job..If this business provides up to standard service then what explains these reviews from other customers http://www.yelp.com/biz/mcdonalds-austin-??? What explains others who have placed reviews on this business?? Should they also be blamed for the business's lack of decency and service to the public? Just look at the reviews here at http://www.yelp.com/biz/mcdonalds-austin-and see how many poor ratings this business has receivedApparently I am not the only one experiencing this lack of quality service...I should not be the blame here as others have experience the same type of crap from this business okTo make assumptions about me ordering the food to be prepared that way disgusts meNo I do not accept this businesses response and by the looks of my order in that photo there is a health concernI am not sure what is being mixed in the sauce or how well the food is being handledThey can assume and come up with excuses but that photo clearly shows a poorly prepared burgerThe reviews clearly show how others have complained and gave these company a bad ratingThose are solid facts of the matter okI say that facts should out weight any assumption or excuses from this McDonalds restaurantPlease keep a record of this in Revdex.com filesThank you

Dear Miss ***: Mr [redacted] seems to visit most of the McDonald's in the Austin area. Most of the... operators are constantly getting complaints from him through our Customer Care office. My staff has responded to him numerous of times and they are typically the same complaint (I have included 3 examples of the complaints we received). The most recent complaint we received I followed up with our regional office and was informed that McDonald's Corporation receives numerous complaints from him. McDonald's keeps a file on all individual and the restaurants involved with complaints. As an operator and. owner I am required to run a restaurant with few complaints and to serve safe and quality food. Complaints and food quality are just two of the grading parameters McDonald's use for all operators and stores. I saw the photo of the Big Mac and this is not how our sandwich is served. In fact we would not be in business if this is the quality of our food. Mr [redacted] had to order extra extra Big Mac sauce for the sandwich to look like the photo. Our Big Mac is made with 1/3 oz of sauce on the bottom of the bun and 1/3 oz on the on middle section of the bun. Please let me know if you need additional information such as the number of complaints from him and the restaurant locations.
