To Whom It may concern: Our company strives to keep our customers happyMs [redacted] was very rude to us when in fact we tried everything possible to help her We did have parts on back order that is out of our control Ms [redacted] was very rude to us only because she wanted a new unit since day one Ms [redacted] has warranty with LG and we have no control on parts since parts come directly from themAlso we are not allowed to replace her unit unless LG authorizes it Because she was very ugly and rude and our company does have the right to refuse serviceThis call was transferred to another company by LGWe did not complete her repair because another company was to go out to complete her repairThank you Manager [redacted] Big Kountry Appliance Repair

Regards, Hi, I do NOT agree with what this company says I was never rude or ugly to them I did NOT want a new unit either I just wanted mine fixed correctly the first time and it took them technicians and still was NOT workingThey are the ones who refused not to come out again to fix it and told me that were not going to come they NEVER said it was because I was rude, I just think it was because they did NOT know what they were doing Maybe they need to hire qualified technicians instead of calling LG to ask how to fix it as the first technician didIt should of never had to come to technicians coming out and it still not workThey're the ones who left LG hangingThey are not a good company

To whom it may concern:
We definitely attempted to help. Our technicians are allowed to call LG for tech assist that is why they are there to help. We listened and we could not get a word across because the customer was being so rude.  We had the parts to go back out to repair unit and the customers rudeness kept us from going back.
Customer was not satisfied since we got the dispatch. Again we tried to help we were nice and courteous and customer was frustrated from day one. In order to keep customer happy she was transferred to another provider.
We apologize for any inconvenience but this call was transferred to meet her needs. We did not complete this customer repair because someone else was to take care of her.
