Champions at Norwood

This apartment complex does not have a safe mailbox location or secure mailbox locks. I have resided there for seventeen months and witnessed multiple instances of stolen mail with little to no resolution on the part of the apartment complex. Last November, the outgoing mail and big mailboxes for packages were tampered with and have never been repaired. The mailbox provided to my apartment had a loose lock. On February 13th, the mailbox key got stuck in the lock. Maintenance was called, but they said they wouldn't get it until the next Monday. This means the mail could have been easily stolen at anytime over the weekend. We had to take matters into our own hands and buy supplies to remove the key in order to avoid mail theft. Recently, our mailbox has been tampered with and the lock was completely broken. It took two conversations with the front office, maintenance, a phone call to the manager, and a written request to have this repaired as soon as possible.
