We have received the copy of the complaint that [redacted] has written in regards to our Invoice As [redacted] explains, he brought us the car with the locks, none of the material was ours It is our policy when installing customer supplied material that a shop rate is charged regardless of whether or not the task is able to be accomplished We can only guarantee material that we supply Our store manager, John, did explain to me that he made this clear to [redacted] John also confirmed that we were unable to accomplish the task of getting [redacted] ’s trunk lock working As a courtesy to [redacted] , John decided to only charge him for the minimum of hour of shop time despite David working on the car for approximately an hour and a halfI spoke with [redacted] yesterday and understand his frustration We also appreciate his years of doing business with us As a resolution to his feeling slighted since we weren’t able to get his trunk lock working, we are refunding him the entire $ He mentioned that once he receives the check, he will be in contact with The Revdex.com and explain that this is resolvedThank you again for your time and please let me know if you have any questionsJoseph JC [redacted] [redacted] *** [redacted] *** [redacted] *** [redacted] [redacted] ***

charged regardless of whether or not the task is able to be accomplished.  We can only guarantee material that we supply.  Our store manager, John, did explain to me that he made this clear to [redacted].  John also confirmed that we were unable to accomplish the task of getting [redacted]’s trunk lock working.  As a courtesy to [redacted], John decided to only charge him for the minimum of 1 hour of shop time despite David working on the car for approximately an hour and a half. I spoke with [redacted] yesterday and understand his frustration.  We also appreciate his years of doing business with us.  As a resolution to his feeling slighted since we weren’t able to get his trunk lock working, we are refunding him the entire $124.92  He mentioned that once he receives the check, he will be in contact with The Revdex.com and explain that this is resolved. Thank you again for your time and please let me know if you have any questions. Joseph J.
