Please see the attached correspondence that was made in a timely fashion. Management was notified by an email received on May 18th on the issue and a response was sent the following day on May 19th. In the email it was clearly stated what we could offer in exchange for the personal training as we do not offer refunds. A response to the email sent on May 19th, with options offered, was never received. The personal trainer did, in fact, send or text messages to the member with no response

The trainer never contacted us period. That is not the truth. I would be fine with not getting a refund even though it is very un professional. We have tried to contact them for 2 months how is it possible they tried calling us.
