Our family relocated to Houston Aug We looked at both a town home and a downstairs apartment that were availableWe told Ms*** *** that we worked the grave yard shift and looking for a nice quiet place to live since we would need to sleep during the daytime hours due to our work schedulesShe assured us the community was very quiet and that the tenants "love it here and stay for years" Since we moved in months ago we have had different upstairs neighbors When we initially moved in the apartment above ours was carpeted and we could not hear our upstairs neighborsSince their departure they replaced the carpet with faux wood flooring and we hear everything amplifiedWhen we contacted Ms *** regarding the excessive noise all day and all night (Because she moved a family in above us who have children under) and that it made life very stressful due to the noise level the inability to sleep, relax, and enjoy our apartment She not only threatened to evict us for complaining of the noise she called us "*** NUTS" to our neighbors and told them she felt we were "racist" She showed up late at night cussing using the "F bomb" every other wordShe has not only lied to us, she lied to the family above us She is very unprofessionalShe is never available in the officeNot sure why there are even office hours because no one is ever availableWe have dealt with a dead rat in our ceiling, water t=coming in from the apartment above us flooding, since the first day we moved in we have not been able to use a shower because the water leaks into the wall and still has not been repaired Parking is a challenge Looks nice on the outside, but the challenges of living here are definitely not worth itIf you want to know how it is come on Saturdays on almost any given Saturday there is always someone moving out Would not recommend this placeThe office manager is unprofessional, calls all tenants names like "ghetto" "f'ing nuts" "racist" etcdoes not address problems her solution to problems is to evict you
