I recently had an alignment done on my car at Farm and Fleet in Verona, WIFirst, the alignment had to be redone at another shopMy first clue of a problem should have been when I got there early and saw the employees having a little rally race with their own cars on their way inAfter seeing that, I should have leftThe [redacted] person that did my alignment could barely fit in the door of my carI know because I watched him push himself through the doorway causing grease from his hands and clothes to be present on the leather seats, the headliner, and grease all over my steering wheelObviously didn't careThe "test drive" to ensure my car was pointed straight must have been a lot of fun for him to disrespect my vehicleI had a sand bag in the back based on BMW's weight recommendation for alignment… There was SAND EVERYWHERE IN THE TRUNK! The laser knows better than the employeeThat is apparent because after his test drive, the alignment was still outMy single biggest problems were that he whipped my car around the parking lot while I was in the waiting room and they didn't give me the print outI've never been to such and unprofessional shop… I'll never shop at another Farm and Fleet for any product after this experienceI'd recommend NOT taking your car to a service department full of high school kids that don't care about their own property let alone customer's propertyAs a paying customer, I'd prefer to have a shop that actually respects my property to work on my vehiclesI won't even take my winter beater to this place
