I am rejecting this response because: I reject this response because the notice I had written was received in November The fact that the office dated my notice was not something I can control This non-sufficient notice fee was not brought to my attention when my last month's rent was not prorated and I had to dispute that with the office I would think if I would have additional charges it would be when I would dispute how much my last months rent would be The office saw the charge and corrected the mistake At that time the office had no mention of any additional charges In addition I'm going by the conversation I had with a woman Silivia in the leasing office who said notice was received in November Are these calls recorded by the office for quality or record keeping? If we can pull the call made about the conversation made I think that would suffice a resolutionI can approximately confirm the date the call was made about the notice being received I believe the call was made 11/at 12: I've attached the voicemail received regarding the prorate rent.

Dear Resident,Our records indicate a phone call was placed to you in January regarding the notice we received. We do date them if received from our office drop box and then make a phone call at this time. Fees are charged only after residents have vacated because these are lease break fees. Fees would not have appeared prior to your move out. The disputed fee was reduces over 50% for customer service purposes but we are unable to do so any further. We are able to make payment arrangements if you choose to do so. Kindly,Property Management
