I never had any misunderstanding regarding the refund policyMy complaint was based on the fact that when I had questions regarding the course and needed to talk to someone at Champions regarding the layout of the course I never had any of my phone calls returnedFrustrated, I had to move on and ended up taking the course with a different school at approximately the same cost - $2,The second school that I dealt with was very proactive in answering questions when I had themI have since completed that course and will be taking the state exam within a couple of weeksWhat I would like from Champions is a refund - less the cost of their printed materialIf this happens, I will close this complaint

I have enclosed a copy of the enrollment agreement that all of our students sign when they enroll in courses with usI have highlighted our policy for course refunds as well as textbooks being non-refundableI have contacted our main office where the student enrolled to pull his enrollment
agreement with his signatureIf the student did request a refund within 5-days of registering, we will be more than happy to refund him his money minus the textbooks and drop fees

Dear Revdex.com,In response to complaint #[redacted] by [redacted] D. [redacted], Champions School of Real Estate will agree to refund the student back a total of $1,514.00.  This amount is the original purchase price minus textbooks & drop fees of $385.00.  The student noted he was aware of the refund policy and these items (materials and drop fees) are noted in the enrollment agreement that was signed by the student on 9/29/14.Thank you,Debi Bliazis Champions School of Real Estate
