I have been in touch with the person filing the complaint and have explained that I have lost my main technician in my service shop and I did not want to take in her boat and have it sit here waiting for us to catch up on the back log this has created the summer season is short enough and I did not want to tie up her boat, but I will recontact her and set an appointment
