Today is 1/5/I ordered jerseys on 11/25/16, received one on 12/19/and the other has been "shipped" per customer service through uspsBut the item has been "preparing for shipment" in Shanghai, CHINA since 12/1/I had originally been getting a response from customer service for the first jersey until I received itSince inquiring about the second and then a refund, I have received the same pasted message with incorrect spelling and grammarThere was no indication on the website that the items would be coming from China, or else I wouldn't have ordered them since they were meant to be worn to a football game--not to mention, I was charged an international service fee by my bank for the transaction I am going to dispute the payment with my bank

I ordered what is supposed to be a Men's San Francisco 49ers Steve Young Game Jersey - White and Red what I received is a white jersey with bright orange/red letters and writing on it and the nike logo is a whole different color red the number and name and everything else was clearly just ironed on and is not authentic like the site claimed it is 100% counterfeit and now I can't even contact them because there website is no longer available

I ordered a Raiders Salute to service hoodie from Champsapparel for$ I have email correspondence for the whereabouts of my order but I can't get a response for the return/refund of my orderWhat I received was a knock off of the hoodie and the front patch is peeling offIt is very cheap and not at all what I orderedI have emailed customer service three times with no responseThere person I received an email from was Gary WelsfordI've made and attemp to send another email It now I can't even find the website to champsapparel.com

I ordered a couple of sweatshirts as Christmas presents from this company on December1, never heard anything back about a shipping date - they took the payment out of my account on December , they were sure quick to do that ! Starting on December 12, I have emailed them every day and only receive generic responses back! Still nothing about a shipping confirmation ! Website doesn't work and no customer service phone number to call! I looked up the information about who the payment went to , and discovered the company is a scam ! So heartbreaking right at the holidays !! Guess I am out $and a few Christmas presents!

On 11/28, I placed an online order. On December 2, I was sent an email that my order had shipped. On December 5, I finally received a usps tracking. To my surprise the tracking number stated the order was at a facility in China. The tracking shows that for more than two weeks the order has not left China. I reached out to the customer service department on several occcassions asking for help in tracking down my order. I was first told I could track my order later, it was an issue with the usps website. Then when I reached back out I asked for proof the order was on the way or for a refund. The company provided me with neither. To date I have been charged but have not received my order, have no idea where it is and have not been given a refund. I also feel as though the company falsely advertised. I thought it was a us-based company given the Ohio address but given the lack of response and what I am now learning I think more should be done to show that it is a Chinese based comp

The product delivered is an illegal knock off jersey not an "authentic" jersey as advertised

I ordered two Pittsburgh Steelers jerseys from their website on 12/8/for a total of $The site sent me a confirmation email with a confirmation number (QFUKSKQCD) and the merchandise was to arrive within business daysMy credit card was charged but I have never received the jerseysI tried to reach them but the site is currently shut down

After ordering from this website I saw on my bank statement I had been overchargedI went back to the website to look for a number but couldn't find anything other than contact via email! I then looked more into the site, the address is that for a school for girls and after tracking the package I saw it is coming from China! I now seriously doubt if I will receive the merchandise and if so it will probably be of poor quality!!! I am very angry, FIRST time ever having a negative experience with an online purchase!!! This is a Christmas gift that I thought I was spending $on but I later saw I was actually charged $85.32! Stay away from Champs Apparel!!!!!!

I ordered a jersey as a gift for my son for ChristmasThis company advertises onlineI paid for expedited shipping and did not receive my product in a timely mannerMoreover, the jersey that arrived was not authentic nor was it a quality itemThe stitching was obviously crooked, the product larger than advertised, and the fabric was discoloredIt's obvious that this is not the real dealI've contacted customer service and they said they don't "recommend a refund"Recommend? I'm asking for a return merchandise authorization and a return shipping label so that I can return the product for a refundThey are telling me that I need to pay for shipping but it will take a month and they do not guarantee it will arriveBut they still are not giving me any of that info

Ordered a jersey from them based on them being located in the USA in OhioThe jersey came from China and is of poor qualityI requested a RMA number and have been given the run aroundI've contacted my credit card company to stop paymentI would like a full refund of $, a RMA number to return the product with shipping cost included and legitimate address to ship it back to, not the girls school address that is on their website

I found their site by a google shopping link I thought it was the champs chain for sports apparel and placed an order for a bengals color rush jersey I had received an email with the invoice and it seemed off Furthermore the line on my credit card said it was from china in chinese yuan I immediately reached out to customer service to request a cancellation and they said it had already shipped but they would try to stop it I have tried reaching back out no answer
