We give a 30 day free labor warranty, the customer is liable for the cost of the parts. She signed a a paper stated the car is sold AS IS. We sold her the vehicle for $3995. My mechanic spoke to her on that day because she complained it was running hot. My mechanic advised her not to drive it...
until it could be looked it. She chose to continue to drive it and put antifreeze in it. That resulted in blowing the motor. We could get it in here and find the cheapest motor possible for her, but she would be responsible for the parts.
