Review: I'm writing to complain about unacceptable service I've received at your restaurant (N Atherton State College) on November 8th 2014 and December 19th 2014.I ordered a cheeseburger and fries for deliver on November 8th 2014. I asked for extra ketchup on the burger. I was given an estimated wait time of about 45 minutes. It took two hours for my meal to arrive, the burger and fries were cold, and there was no ketchup with it when I specifically asked for extra ketchup. It was a game day, you guys were busy, I get that. When I called and complained I was given a credit for a free burger and fries.Now today (12/19/14) I tried to redeem this credit for a free burger. I was told that there was no record that I was given a credit, and that nothing could be done for me. I asked to talk to a manager to which the man on the phone responded, "They're busy", so I have been forced to write to you. This service is unacceptable. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone and will not be returning again. I am also filing a formal complaint to the Revdex.com. I hope that in the future you will take preventative steps to ensure these mistakes do not happen again to other costumers, and compensate me for the ones already made.Desired Settlement: I expect a refund to my card, or a check by mail within 30 days for the price of a bacon cheeseburger and fries.
