Very unhappy with the customer service at the Champs Eastland Mall location in Columbus OhioWhile process my order the store took money out of my bank accountBut the store clerk said the card machine timed out and nothing was chargedWhen I checked my bank account online, and showed the manager Adrienne and the clerk it was indeed deductedThey were very unapologetic or concerned that my bank account was deducted $For merchandise that I did not receiveFinally got a call from customer service 24hrs later, not the day of incident like I was told I would get responded to my matter by CorporateStating they credited my bank account backAnd their credit card processor went down during my transactionBasically the stores issue turned into a problem for meNot to mention mins of my time that I would never get backNot to mention Corporate did not at least offer me an exclusive coupon or gift card or anythingAll the thousands of dollars I spend at Champs, Foot Locker, FootactionThey will never get another penny from meBuyer beware when using credit cards at that establishmentThey will continue to have you swiping your credit card multiple times, as they continue to deduct

Yes, if i'm spending my hard earned money, I have every right to question youI walked out and purchased one pair from the 42nds street store and was unable to get the other oneI feel he needs some customer service training and this should be addressed

Worse customer service ever No one can get a live person on the line They take weeks to process refunds They don't help when u are trying to find more information on managers and regional managers WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Shop local retailer..*** the big franchises

I have been trying to contact Champs Corporate Office because I had an hoffific experience in their 125th store and I was promised someone would get to me in no more than 24 hours. This incident occured on March 21, 2016. I left a message on March 22, 2016 and then again on March 24, 2016 because the incident occured after their business hours. As of yet I haven't heard from anyone and I will never make another Champs purchase.
The manager Steve does not know how to speak to people. I was trying to purchase 2 pairs of sneakers for my daughter and both pairs were the last pair and were on display. One sneaker because it was a dark color, I would have accepted. The one that was white at the heel had beady balls. I felt I deserved some type of percentage off. He quickly blew me off and said there was nothing he could do. I then said I'm purchasing 2 pairs of sneakers and before I could finish my sentence he says "Are you questioning me." Yes, if i'm spending my hard earned money, I have every right to question you. I walked out and purchased one pair from the 42nds street store and was unable to get the other one. I feel he needs some customer service training and this should be addressed.

Buyer be aware do not place order on champ sports.com . I placed a order last Thursday and paid a extra 5.99$ for 3 day shipping and got a conformation e-mail from champs saying it was processed . On Sunday checked on the order to see where it was in route but their site does not give you the actual tracking information at all so I tried to use to their live chat which is a joke and just decoration. So then the real journey begun I tried calling their customer service multiple times and different numbers close to a dozen times waiting up to 30 minutes in some cases , calling at all different times of the day and now 9 days later still have no idea where my order is or has it even been processed . Do not use champ sports.com , u will be robbed

They were very unapologetic or concerned that my bank account was deducted $354.74. For merchandise that I did not receive. Finally got a call from customer service 24hrs later, not the day of incident like I was told I would get responded to my matter by Corporate. Stating they credited my bank account back. And their credit card processor went down during my transaction. Basically the stores issue turned into a problem for me. Not to mention 40 mins of my time that I would never get back. Not to mention Corporate did not at least offer me an exclusive coupon or gift card or anything. All the thousands of dollars I spend at Champs, Foot Locker, Footaction. They will never get another penny from me. Buyer beware when using credit cards at that establishment. They will continue to have you swiping your credit card multiple times, as they continue to deduct.

I bought a pair of kids basketball shoes for my daughter from Champs. When I received the shoes they were dirty and had no mfr. tags. She had a game the next day so I had to clean them up and keep them. I filed for a discount from Champs and the only reply I received was an auto message. This isn't how you handle business for sure.
