I am writing to inform you of a fraudulent issue that I had with this organizationIn July, I was told via e-mail that my paper was accepted for their conference and accepted for publication
Upon these details I submitted to the IABE fees for both the conference and the publication of my articleWith the understanding that I will present my paper at the conference and that my paper will be published, since I was told this (via e-mail) and also since they (IABE) accepted fees for both of these
However when I attended the conference there was a huge confusion about the progress of my paper to be publishedSimply no one at the conference knew or had any details of my paper
After I made some inquiries I was told that my paper is not suitable for publication, and this is months after I was given in writing that it was accepted for publication
My complaint is that the refund of my publication feesIf my paper is not suitable for publication
