Review: Was sold a vehicle that they failed to tell me was not payed off threw original owners. I personally made all my payments over the amount owed and on time if not early. The car was repossessed without my knowledge while I was at home because they failed to pay the original debt before selling me the car. They did not inform me of any debt that they on their part owed and are now refusing to tell me where the car is, and to where I can not collect my belongings from the car. They are also refusing to answer any calls I make to settle the problem between us. This problem has gone on for a month without any resolution and little to no cooperation from the buisnessDesired Settlement: I would like the replacement car they promised me not a car that does not work properly and has problems. If this is too much of an issue I would like to be refunded the money I spent on the car as well as the money I have put into the car ($5000) as well as my stuff from the car they got repossessed.

Review: In December 21,2013, I bought a car from chancellor motors on 851 west mission avenue. Since the day I bought the 1998 Honda civic (white sedan), The salesman [redacted] who sold the car to me had told me that the tags would be given to me in a month or so. When I went to make my first payment, they told me that they had changed there name to performance auto sales and could not cash my check. Ever since that month passed it has been nothing but problems with them. That being said the car they sold me was never smoged or registered under my name. I have taken my car to be smoged several times but [redacted] has a suspended drivers license and none of the employees there have wanted to take my car to get smogged. When the first police officer that stopped me for not having the registration or tags, he told me the car was registered to another dealers name which is [redacted] in San Diego. The police officer gave me a warning for not having the paper work for the car I just had bought. In April 14,2014 at 7:35 p.m when I was coming back from work I was stopped by a police officer named [redacted](ID # [redacted]). This fix-it- ticket now turned into a real ticket which I can not clear due to the dealers failure to give me the registration and tags. A month ago the car started to have problems which ended up having a blown head gasket, a broken harmonic pulley,and a cracked head. Now the car will start but wont drive far.The car will overheat in less than a quarter of a mile.I had the car checked out where I used to work in Mossy Honda of Lemon Grove. The mechanic who inspected my car told me that the car had frame damage in the front right(passenger side) which is a unsafe car to be driven. Not knowing that the car was unsafe I put my wife's life in danger while she was pregnant of my son which is now four months. Since the incident with the white Honda civic I have needed to barrow money from my father-in-law, and my three sister to buy myself another car to be able to get to work.Desired Settlement: I would like my refund of all my payments I have done and the down payment they gave me for the car I traded in(2000 chevy cavalier). I also want another safe reliable car for my wife and I want them to pay my ticket and refund the money I spent to somewhat make the car a little more safe. I have some recites of the money I spent on the car to be able to get to work on time.

Review: I bought a 2004 Dodge Neon on April 3rd, 2013. I asked them questions about the car and they assured me tht everything was fine. [redacted] told me that the car was fine and that the only thing tht needed to be replaced was the air conditioner. They told me that they would replace the air conditioner for free. I told them that I would be transporting my 2 year old in this car. She said that they car was previously owned by her father so it was in great condition. I drove the car for a few days when I realized that the steering wheel shook when I applied my brakes. My dad took a look at it and told me that my rotors were completely warped. So I took it back and it took them 2 hours to replace them. A few days later my mom was in the car with me and she asked me why my alternator light was on. I told her I thought that it was my check engine light. I told her tht I would be taking it in the next week. I took it in and they told me my air conditioning part came in. I sat there for over 4 hours waiting for vehicle to be repaired. I was told by my dad that after so many miles that if the problem wasn't fixed that it would reset. The light came back on. I ahd started second job and I was unable to make it down there before my warrenty expired. I have already paid my car payment on May 3rd. On May 14th mthe cr wouldn't start after I got off of work. I bought a gas can and gas thinking I ran out of gas. Then once it didn't start after that my mom called AAA and I had to have my car towed home. One of the men there said that he will replace the alternator for 100 dollars but he will not replace the battery. I am very frusterated and will now e paying $300 to get my car fixed.I need this resolved ASAP. My fmily relies on me and this car not to mention I might loose one of my jobs because of transportation issues.Desired Settlement: I will settle for 150 dollars back for the repairs, but I would like the full 300 dollars reimbursed since I brought it to their attention before my warrenty ran out. I will have to repair my car asap and will show a receipt if necessary.
