The business used to be called New England Outerwear Company till recentlyI had ordered three pair of shoes in February of I received two pairs of shoes, the order for the third pair was cancelled as the manufacturer informed that it will take time to make that pair so they cancelled itThe second pair of shoes was returned to be exchanged for a different style and the manufacturer agreed to it
The company never responded to my repeated emails on time regarding the exchange pair and the refund for the third pairThey agreed to give my money back for the two unfulfilled orders as I asked for it but I have not yet received anything from themI have emailed them around couple of dozen times but they dont respondThe number on their website is only for the show because no one picks it up and you are asked to leave your informationIt has been almost months and this issue has not been resolved
I have never come across such a terrible customer service from a US compa

Me and my Wife visited their store on Dec my wife selected two punjabi suits to buy one of them was little small in size but that was last piece they said The owner promise that they have their own tailor and can fix it by opening few stitches from the sidesMy wife agree with her.We paid $at counter.They charged $ for the suit and $for fixing the suit.We had wedding to attend on dec , so she said pickup the suit from store on dec.We visited their store on dec at about pm , because I was getting late for work we picked the suit but didn't try at store .We left store.I drop my wife at home and I left for workMy wife called me and said the suit is really unfit and have some defect on it while fixing itI told to my wife to call taxi and go to the store right a way because store owner could refuse to return or exchange it if you delayed She returned to the store with our month kid and explain all matter to the owner But she refused

I purchased made-to-order boots from this company in July of The boots fell apart after wearing them three timesI notified the company of the issue and they sent me a shipping label to return them which I didAfter several months I asked what the status was and eventually the owner *** reached outHe said that the sole I requested would not work on this bootHe asked that I pick a new one and I didHe told me he would replace the sole with the new one and send them back to meI have never heard from him again and he refuses to respond to emailsIt has been over a year since I bought the boots and I have nothingI now want a full refund
