Chandler Gutters

Review: My gutters were installed one year ago. The owner came out once to correct a water flow problem. A month ago I called to tell him that 3 of the down spouts had seams that had split and wanted repaired. He said he would be out on the following Saturday, he did show up or call.I have since called him and left voice mail messages on 7-29-14, 8-4-14,8-11-14 and 8-18-14. He does not return my calls.Desired Settlement: would like the seams fixed before the rains start again.
