Review: Movers did not adeqately protect 2 white pieces of cloth furniture on a rainy day by shrink wrapping them. Iinstead they wrapped them in wet dirty blankets causing them to be stained. We paid for extra insurance to pay for any damage & they refuse to honor that. They promised numerous times to have a furniture cleaning company come out & they did not fulfull those promises & do not return our phone calls.Desired Settlement: Refund $440 moving expenses so that we can have a company come out and either clean or reupholster our furniture pieces.
